In order to increase tourism in Venezuela, local governments are placing goats in precarious positions on bridges. "People are intrigued by danger when they can be very close to it, but in no danger themselves," stated Tegucigulpa's Mayor Ernesto Moncito-Cabrera. He added that they are now seeing 15-20 visitors each day to the bridge and he has already received requests for permits to sell sno-cones and funnel cakes at each end of the bridge. (REUTERS)
